The ALPHA THC SD is a professional Plasma Torch Height Controller (THC) designed for precise and automatic torch height adjustment in CNC plasma cutting machines.

By continuously monitoring plasma arc voltage, it automatically controls Z-axis movement through STEP/DIR signals, maintaining a consistent cutting distance for improved cutting quality.

Featuring Anti-Dive protection, adjustable control parameters, and optically isolated interfaces, ALPHA THC SD provides reliable and responsive performance for CNC plasma applications.
